Testing and Certification Department
Beharry RPL Inc. facility operates under the certification of ISO 9001:2015 QMS; making management systems traceable and auditable, focusing on meeting customer requirements and monitoring customer satisfaction.
It is structured to align with Rosco Procom’s Oil and Gas Division standards and procedures which elevates the technical capacity, operational capabilities and improves the synergies of our existing product and service lines.
This alignment reduces the risk of any NPT or QA/QC deficiency to our existing services.
The T&C Department has a service and maintenance bay, equipment wash bay and warehousing for product and equipment (including cold storage for elastomers).
Portable hydrostatic power pack provides versatile service in all static, high pressure testing applications for recertification of offshore Cement Units.
Pump units are self-contained CCU’s for the offshore environment and the portable pump unit consists of a robust stainless steel roll-bar frame and tilted control panel with a high pressure air operated pump, USB transmitter, chart recorder, and safety valves.
The portable hydrostatic power packs are provided in working pressure ranges up to 35,000 PSI and are safely tested with its compact easy to operate control panel design.
